Shipping & Delivery
All of our products are shipped using United Parcel Service. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, PPO and DPO addresses. All orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days. If an item will take longer than 3 to 7 business days we will notify you either by phone or email.

Privacy & Security
We value your privacy information and do not sell or share that information with anyone. We only collect your information through our website by opening an account, placing an order, or signing up for our newsletter. Please follow the instructions to "opt-out" of our newsletter if you wish.

Returns & Replacements
All returns must be approved by Garvin Industries, and must include a return authorization number. To receive a return authorization number you can contact us by phone or by email. Returns must be in like new, resellable condition.  Customer is responsible for all insurance and shipping charges to return a product. We recommend insuring all packages before returning. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. Once the return is accepted your credit card used for purchase will be credited minus any restock charges.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments must be made with a credit card before processing. We accept all major credit cards for payment. All pricing shown on our website is subject to change at any time. Garvin Industries will not be held responsible for any mistakes regarding pricing or part numbers on the website.

Customers are able to view all orders by creating an account through our website. Please follow the instructions on our website for creating an account in which you can view all your orders.

Updating Account Information
You are able to easily update or change any account information by logging into your account through our website. Click "My Account" to change or update your information.

Limited Lifetime Warranty


Garvin Industries warrants each new Garvin product against factory defects in material and workmanship, directly to the first purchaser for as long as said purchaser owns the vehicle that the product was originally mounted on. The owner will be responsible for removing any defective item(s), transportation costs prepaid, to Garvin Industries. Garvin Industries will, without charge, repair or replace at its option, products or product parts which its inspection determines to be defective. Such item(s) will be returned with transportation prepaid from Garvin Industries. A copy of the purchaser’s receipt must be returned with the defective item(s) in order to qualify for warranty coverage. Exclusions from this warranty are the finish, rusting of any kind, and any condition(s) determined by Garvin Industries to have been caused by abnormal use or service. This warranty shall not apply to any Garvin Industries product specified above which has been improperly installed.

There are no warranties, expressed or implied (including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness), which extend beyond this warranty period. The loss of use of the product, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss or consequential damages are not covered. Garvin Industries reserves the right to change the design of any product without assuming any obligation to modify any product previously manufactured.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
